HADES: New Rehearsal Footage Posted Online

February 16, 2010

At the end of January, the "Resisting Success" lineup of the acclaimed 1980s metal band HADES had its first rehearsal since 1986.

Video footage of the session can be viewed below.

HADES will perform at Germany's Keep It True festival on Saturday, April 24. The band will also play its only U.S. show on April 21 at Dingbatz in Clifton, New Jersey.

Commented HADES guitarist Dan Lorenzo: "The rehearsals back in January were a blast. Jimmy [Schulman] had to fly in from L.A. and I was picking up Scott LePage (from Dallas) at Newark Airport just two hours before we started jamming.

"We booked these shows over a year ago and looking at these guys 25 years after our first jam... It's pretty cool. Fans of our first two CDs will be happy; other than two songs, that's all we're playing."

Vocalist Alan Tecchio said, "Jay Bones is THE MAN. He always does us a solid when it comes to shooting video or photos and even though I was pretty sick at this rehearsal, Jay somehow made me sound passable! How DOES he do that?! Ha ha!"
